JD FOR WORKSHOP MANAGER

Responsibilities:

· Project Management: Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of projects from start to finish

· Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards

· Team Management: Lead and manage a team of workers, supervisors, and contractors

· Assign tasks, set performance goals, provide guidance and support, and conduct regular performance evaluations

· Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture

· Resource Allocation: Determine resource requirements for each project, including materials, equipment, and manpower

· Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of resources and resolve any resource-related issues

· Quality Control: Implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards

· .Assisting in Workshop Administration

· · Ensure Safety in workshop, and customer vehicle care

· · Supervising and motivating service team and achieving Service Target

· .Reporting daily activities to General Manager-service

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
