Full Job Description
Ensure 100% quality in the sales & service provided by the company.
Capture customer complaints through the customer feedback system.
Address those customer complaints within the stipulated turn-around-time.
Ensure that the customer complaints are resolved within the stipulated TAT.
Ensurethe maintenance of Customer Satisfaction Index Score.
Update and maintain all records relating to customer satisfaction surveys.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹24,000.00 per month
