Job Role:- Customer Service Executive
Experience:- Should have auto, BPO, call center Experience
Skills:- Good Communication , presentable, fluency in English, customer satisfaction
Job Profile:-
- You are able to handle objections and overcome rejections. You are able to balance personal involvement and professional distance.
- You understand the customer life cycle management and related functionalities in DMS.
- Maintain Customers Data Base.
- Scheduling an Appointment.
- Keep close follow up of appointments for turn-up and in case of non-turn up, follow up with customers for subsequent rescheduling.
- Follow up call to be made after 7 days of customer visit.
- Record customer complaints received from various sources like email, letters, Service follow up, in-bound call.
- Call proactively for Service due reminder to customers.
Skills:-
- Excellent communication skills – English, Hindi, Marathi
- Good in Computer knowledge
- Customer Satisfaction
- Presentable
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
