Job Summary
Providing customer support at the outlets.
· Handling customer queries and providing proper services
· Allotment of the tasks to the ground staff and ensuring the minimum TAT.
Achieving the assigned sales/service targets.

Mangae a team of 3-7 ground technicians.

Qualifications and Skills
Knowledge of working in customer support operations preferably in the automobile industry.
· Multitasking, relationship management with customers.
· Well groomed, presentable and disciplined
· Excellent communication skills.
2-5 years of experience in sales and customer support.
4- Wheeler Driving is Must.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
