Sales & Marketing:

1. A.S.M. (Asst. Sales Manager), S.M. (Sales Manager), S.S.M. (Senior Sales Manager),ADM ( Asst. Divisional Manager) , DM ( Divisional Manager )

Eligibility Criteria:

· Male / Female

· Experience: Sales and Marketing experience for 2 years and above from any industry. (Preferebly Automobile, Insurance, Banking& other financial organisation, Start up companies)

· Education: Graduate and above

· Salary: 20,000 – 50,000 (negotiable on experience and expertise)

· Job Responsibilities:

Should act as leader and create example.

Preparing sales plan and delegating responsibilities.

Managing the sales and achieving target.

Managing extra ordinary customer relation.

Daily reporting of salesprogress.

Leading a team of sales& marketing staffs.

Conducting weekly / monthly meeting and taking reporting from sales people.

Recruitment of team members, train, manage IBA’s (Agents) to sell company products.

Promoting company brand and products.

Review, analyses and evaluate business development plan on regular basis.

Expansion of business to different markets and create the demand of company products.

Better co-ordination with Operation team for customer query resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹200.00 per day
