CGLIA SOLUTIONS, LLP IS HIRING FOR TRADELEAVES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. AT PRESENT LOOKING FOR SALES_ EXECUTIVE_ For CHENNAI, BENGALURU AND MUMBAI LOCATION ( Local candidate preferable of the mention cities )
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Understand the B2B market, and generation of leads for ecommerce industry.
2. Responsible to do cold calling and new client acquisition
3. Introduce the product offerings, explain the features, benefits, subscriptions, convey the value proposition, and sign up suppliers, service providers, buyers.
4. Identify target customer segments and establish sales plans to meet sales targets.
5. Work with customers to properly onboard them post signup and assist them in listing products and services on the marketplace.
6. Proactive in meeting clients and client needs and address them at appropriate time
7. Maintain customer relations.
8. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication, active listening and relationship-building abilities.
9. Perform other job related responsibilities as assigned.
10. Travel as required/needed.
Requirements / Qualifications
2-3 years of B2B sales experience with online marketplace platforms. and Dealing with Ecommerce industry
Prior experience in one of the following categories: apparel, fashion, textiles, automobile spares, electrical and electronic accessories, food and agri products.
Demonstrated ability in engaging and influencing business owners, senior management in sales and marketing.
Understanding of category business in India.
Good Sales and Negotiation Skills, Should have the ability to identify opportunities, persuade customers, and negotiate deals for driving sales and meeting targets.
In-depth understanding of the products or services being promoted.
Effective communication of product benefits and features to potential customers.
Proven track record as a sales person with strong organizational, communication (written and oral), coordination, presentation, and negotiating skills.
Associates or Bachelors degree in relevant area.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi. Communication in other languages will be a plus.
Carry smart phone and have a reliable vehicle.
Should maintain professional look, be well groomed and maintain proper etiquette.
Follow management instructions clearly.
Ability to work well as a team player with all internal and external teams
Positive attitude, flexible and agile mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
