The Store Assistant is responsible for overseeing both the raw material and finished goods store in our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory management, timely dispatch of finished goods, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Raw Material Store Management:**

– Supervise the receipt of raw materials and ensure they are stored appropriately.

– Ensure that raw materials are available as and when required by the production team.

– Regularly conduct inventory checks and reorder materials before stock levels become critically low.

– Keep records of raw material warranties and expiry dates where applicable.

2. **Finished Goods Store Management:**

– Oversee the storage of finished products and ensure they are stored under the right conditions to prevent damage or spoilage.

– Ensure finished goods are dispatched to customers in a timely manner.

– Work closely with the production and sales teams to monitor and manage stock levels.

– Handle any issues or discrepancies related to finished goods inventory.

3. **Reporting and Documentation:**

– Generate regular inventory reports using advanced Excel techniques.

– Highlight any inconsistencies or discrepancies in stock levels to the management.

– Assist in stock audits and ensure inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.

4. **General Duties:**

– Follow company policies and procedures in all activities.

– Ensure that the storage areas are kept clean, organized, and safe for all staff.

– Liaise with suppliers and transport providers as needed.

**Training and Benefits:**

1. **21-Day Induction and Training:** The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive 21-day training program. This will familiarize them with company products, systems, and procedures.

2. **Training Bonus:** After successfully completing the training, the employee will receive a bonus of INR 5,000.

3. **Salary:** Post-training, the monthly salary will be INR 12,000.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel.

2. Good understanding of inventory management principles.

3. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to storage and warehousing.

6. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
