Your Daily Adventures Will Include
Team Leadership and Development – Build out and lead our Hyderabad team inclusive of Go-to-Market functions, dealer & financier relations and customer growth. Provide leadership to all local employees and create a cohesive team environment.
Commercial Sales – Lead the Commercial Sales team, responsible for driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth. Implement sales processes, best practices, and tools to optimize the sales cycle creating a more digital and self-service experience.
Sales Development Representatives (SDR) – Manage the SDR team, responsible for generating qualified leads and setting up sales opportunities. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance lead generation.
Operational and Financial Excellence – Implement efficient processes and workflows to create efficiencies and enhance customer acquisition, adoption, retention and expansion. Work with Revenue Operations to establish sales targets to ensure strong sales performance. Work closely with the central team to create and manage budgets ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic goals and supports revenue objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with all central departments, to ensure a seamless customer journey and feedback loop for product enhancements.
Market Analysis – Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and potential challenges. Adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Our Vision of You
Bachelor’s degree from Tier 1 institutes. MBA is an added advantage
5+ years experience of building P&L for a city
Experience in FMCG companies as ASM/RSM is preferred
Strong experience of managing teams of 20 or more folks
About the role:
1. Build a Field Sales Team (5-10 members)
2. Maximize the revenue for your city
3. Coordinate with stakeholders such as Dealers, Financiers and Customers.
4. Bandwidth: 70% Sales + 30% Operations
5. Design and execute Offline lead generation and deal closure.
