Job Description:

We are seeking a Legal Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of legal experience and a strong understanding of legal matters. If you’re a motivated, self-starter with excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Compliance: Ensure the company’s activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

Regulatory Affairs: Stay updated on legal developments affecting our industry.

Risk Assessment: Identify legal risks and provide proactive solutions.

Litigation Management: Work with external counsel on any legal disputes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) and Bar Council registration.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience.

Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position ranges from 3 to 5 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
