Job Summary:

As a Catalog Trainee you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the organization’s product or service catalog. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to the seamless presentation of our products or services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Catalog Management: Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to catalog technical details, specifications, and part numbers related to mechanical and automobile components, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Product Data Research: Research and gather technical data related to mechanical and automobile parts, including performance metrics, compatibility, and industry standards.
  • Automobile Parts Catalog: Assist in the creation and maintenance of an automobile parts catalog, including engines, transmission systems, suspension components, and more.
  • Cross-Referencing: Implement cross-referencing tools to link automobile parts and components to compatible models and manufacturers.
  • Technical Documentation: Help create and maintain technical documentation for automobile parts, such as user manuals, installation guides, and safety specifications.
  • Quality Control: Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all automobile-related catalog entries meet industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Product Visualization: Coordinate with the design team to ensure that the catalog displays high-quality images and diagrams of automobile components.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a strong interest in automobiles.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and automobile components, terminology, and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with catalog management software and tools, as well as the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database software for managing and organizing automobile-related data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of automobile parts and compatibility.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and quality assurance personnel.
  • A genuine passion for automobiles and a desire to build a career in the automobile industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
