ROLE: FIELD SALES CONSULTANT

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Field team is the most crucial and the face of the company. You are the brand and the single point of contact for customers. You become the advisors on products and should create a bond of trust with the customer and the product which is essential for the company’s growth as well as your own.

The first duty of sales consultant is to become knowledgeable as possible about the company they work for and the product or service being offered.
Sales consultants need to make as many personal appointments with clients as they can maximize their chance of making sales and gaining new customers.
The goal of sales consultant is to build a solid base of satisfied customers and offer continuing services.

They must have good analytical skills to understand the challenges and problem that customers face so that they can identify opportunity for a sale.

Skills required: o He or she must be multilingual and communicate effectively. o Be confident and focused. o Should be a team player. o Able to work on own initiation o Be professional. o Aptitude for job in sales. o Able to generate business ideas. o Expert negotiating capabilities. o Planning & Time Management Skills.

Apart from above mentioned responsibilities, at ERAM Motors a Field Sales Consultant is expected to have

duties which includes,

  • Greets all customers promptly, provides timely professional service.
  • Maintain sales kit and Make a customer data entry forum.
  • Sell product benefits to customer based on need analysis. He should build customer loyalty and promotes

the dealership brand image

  • Do required follow up to close the sale. Complete Customer Records (CDIF) promptly and accurately.
  • Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to

identify needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate.

  • Effectively prospects by phone, mail and face to face to meet prospect generation targets.
  • Identifies repeat customers and treat them accordingly.
  • Contacts previous customers, especially those who are ending their finance tenure, about new product

arrivals.

  • Notifies prospects of upcoming special programs and promotions.
  • Maintains composure and courtesy in dealing with customers and fellow employees.
  • Ensure that work is completed on time and as required.
  • Acts quickly to implement plans, organizes work efficiently, follows up to ensure successful

implementation.

  • Identifies and supports opportunities for process. Identifies ways to improve operations and customer

services

  • Maintains an effective customer contact systems that encourages new, repeat and referral business and

contributes to customer satisfaction.

  • Reference existing manuals, publications and other written documents to obtain needed information.
  • Keeps up to date on Mahindra products and competitor products.
  • Meets or exceeds monthly income and sales goals.
  • Maximizes recommendation sales.
  • Tracks competition performance for his assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
