Roles and Responsibilities

1. Resolving customer concern

2. Ensure customer satisfaction

3. Complaints management.

4. Feedback collection

5. Co-ordinates customer follow up programs.

6. Assists service customer during the morning rush, when possible.

7. Maintains record of of dealership customer satisfaction achievement.

8. Prepare monthly report on the status of customer.

9. Schedule and confirm service appointments for any new customer experiencing mechanical problems.

10. Maintain customer satisfaction index

11. Monitoring post service follow-up

12. Analyzing week areas & preparing action plan

13. Daily advisor wise tracker

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Bachelor’s (Required)
