Job Function
As an International Sales & Customer Support (US Process) Representative, your role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, including hot leads and callbacks. Your primary responsibility is to convert leads into successful business deals through persuasive communication. Additionally, you will conduct follow-up calls with clients to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and provide assistance. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of clients’ needs and preferences, allowing you to tailor your services effectively. Your high energy levels and self-motivation will be crucial, especially during night shifts. Exceptional communication skills are a must for engaging with clients in both inbound and outbound processes, ensuring their satisfaction through top-notch customer support.
Work Schedule & Location:
Fixed Shifts. Monday to Friday, 9.30p.m. to 6:30am, 5 days a week. Hours may vary on occasion, depending on workload. Nungambakkam. Willing to work in US Night Shifts. Only Male Candidates. Easy Selection. Saturday and Sunday Off.
Salary
Best in the Industry + Incentives. (Commission Pay, Performance Bonus, Quarterly Bonus, Shift Allowances, Yearly Bonus)

Key Responsibilities
· Handle Inbound and outbound calls – Hot and warm leads and call backs.
· Lead Conversion: Convert leads into successful business deals through effective communication and persuasion.
· Client Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls with clients to nurture relationships, address queries, and provide assistance.
· Client Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs, preferences, and expectations to tailor services accordingly.
· Energetic Approach: Approach tasks with high energy levels and self-motivation, maintaining enthusiasm throughout night shifts.
· Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both for inbound and outbound processes, to engage effectively with clients.
· Customer Support: Provide top-notch customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
· Adherence to Shift: Comply with night shift schedules and maintain a high level of alertness and efficiency during these hours.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead status, and communication history.
