Position:Sales Executive
(Male)
B2B Sales

**Location:** Manesar/Gurgaon

**Salary:** INR 22,000 – 28,000 per month

**Experience:**
– Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
– Background in the automobile industry preferred
– Graduate qualification
– Must possess a two-wheeler

**Company Overview:**
We are a leading manufacturer in the spray paints industry, catering to renowned clients like Maruti, Hyundai, and Mahindra. Our product range includes paints for cars, tractors, and other automotive applications.

**Responsibilities:**
– Create and manage sales strategies to secure and execute orders for our product line
– Provide excellent after-sales service, directly and through our Distributors/Dealers network
– Offer marketing and technical support, including sample approvals for sales promotion
– Ensure timely payment collection for outstanding bills and statutory forms
– Maintain records of daily sales activities in the CRM system
– Attend to any additional tasks assigned by the management

**Qualifications:**
Any Graduate

Skills
– Strong B2B sales knowledge, with a preference for experience in the automobile industry
– Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
– Proficient in CRM software for sales tracking and reporting
– Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks
– Result-driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets
– Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
– Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
– Team player with the capability to collaborate effectively
