Role Description

This is a full-time role based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Policy Analyst will be responsible for maintaining government partnerships, conducting policy research, developing policy recommendations, and analyzing policy impacts. Daily tasks will include meetings with policymakers, government partners, gathering and analyzing data, writing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders. The Policy Analyst will also communicate effectively with team members and external partners to support the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• Policy Development and Policy Research skills
• Project management skill with proficiency in Exl, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Notion
• Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in working with non-profit organizations or in a policy-focused role is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field

Remuneration Range

8,00,000 – 12,00,000 INR per annum plus medical insurance after completing probation successfully
