Education: Any Graduate/PG

Relevant Experience :Min 2years

Job Descriptions

Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, truancy, career planning.

Counsel individuals to help them understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioral problems affecting their educational or vocational situations.

Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations.

Confer with parents or guardians, trainers, other counselors, and administrators to resolve students behavioral, academic, and other problems.

Provide crisis intervention to students.

Communicate with parents and guardians to discuss their childrens progress, and to determine their priorities for their children and their resource needs.

Prepare students for placements.

Requirements

Should be able to speak few south Indian Languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada)

Should be well versed with Counseling and Convincing.

Efficient in handling queries and should be able to handle them.

Should be having excellent communication skills

The job posting will be in Bangalore.

Should be Graduate, any Stream is welcome

Should be aware of the Degree Program / Ed Tech Program Admission Ecosystem

Should have Overall Experience of at least 2 years in counseling / tele-counseling

Should be having Good Interpersonal Skills
