Job Description

• Increase standards of customer service.
• Grievance Handling / Recruitment.
• Manpower management of the stores.
• Sales promotional activities.
• Provide training and development for staff.
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis.
• Ensure quality consistency across the region .
• Maximize sales and profitability in the region.
• Set sales targets for individual locations .
• Perform market research to study consumer behavior, latest trends and competitor activity.
• Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education/Qualifications
Bachelors Degree. MBA in Retail / Marketing will be preferable.
Experience
10 – 12 yrs years’ experience in Retail, at least 3 -5 years in leadership position in Apparel / Garments retail sector.
Knowledge/Skills

• Excellent communication
• Commercial acumen and passion for the Garments / Apparels sector.
• Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize work, adhere to deadlines and take day-to-day operational decisions.
• Negotiating, influencing and networking skills.
• Good written communication and presentation with ability to prepare concise, accurate and focused reports and presentations.
• Numerical skills.
