2COMs Hiring for Warranty Claims Associate at Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time

Job Description:
A Warranty In-charge manages warranty claims and spare parts replaced under warranty. He is responsible for taking all major warranty decisions as per the OEM guidelines/ manual. The individual should provide information on warranty policies and supervise both the replacement of failed parts/ aggregates replaced under warranty as well as disposal of the same.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensuring that documents are accurate and well-maintained

Organizing and maintaining customer and service records

Maintaining good relationships with clients.

Liaising with manufacturers.

Verification and analysis of warranty claims based on available external resources (e.g.Dealer portal, parts catalogs, sales information)

Requirements for the position:
Graduation is must( BE , Btech( mechanical engineering) is only accepted.

Communication should be good enough

Must have knowledge about automobile spare parts, Engines and exhaust System

Having Experience of 1 to 3 years in the same industry.

Organized, timely, pro-active and highly productive

Strong written communication in English

Must be comfortable in working from office.

Interpersonal skills to deal with suppliers, warranty engineers, etc

Data processing accuracy, detail oriented, and ability to evaluate/research a warranty claim

Shift timing : 12.00 to 9.30 PM or 1 PM to 2 AM
