Requirements
Candidate should have min 9 months and above customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
1.Good Communication skills
2.Handling chats which involves working in different time zones
3.Handling multiple chats and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
4.Flexible to work in shifts.
5.Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills
6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
7.Good technical knowledge
Qualification: Graduate/ PG
All the Qualification is from the Regular course only.
There should not be more than 2 years Gap (Education + Career)
