Full Job Description
We are looking for an Administration and HR /Manager responsible for Office upkeep, HR and general admin.Responsibilities includeOffice Admin and Office ManagementEnsure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.Liaison and coordination with relevant authors for required licenses and approvals.Plan and recruitment of human resourcesDevelop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.Lead the delivery team to ensure timely and cost effective deliveries and client satisfaction.Identify new and cost effective vendors and coordinate procurement.Vendor Management sourcing of vendors, procuring of quality service/products, timely vendor bills payment.Lease rentals – Ensure Agreement renewals within notice period.Housekeeping – Ensure Admin building is maintained neatly at all times (office area, meeting rooms, washrooms), monitor contract staff activities as per schedules.Vehicle Maintenance Ensure Company owned vehicles are maintained as per manufacturers recommendation (service intervals), repairs are carried out as and when necessary, at least cost to company. Ensure vehicle insurance renewal before expiry.Recruitment, Screening, interview line, Joining formalities, Employee databaseSourcing, Screening & Shortlisting the Profiles from various available resourcesTime and Attendance of on roll staffLeave Management of on-roll staffMaintenance of Employee Records hard as well as soft copyHandling End to End recruitment processGraduate with 4-7 years experience, excellent communication and computer skills. Smart with “Can Do” attitude.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹14,056.00 – ₹48,472.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonus
