Fulfil with prospective clients to know their requirements.
Promote the property with the detail in the advertisement.
Send details of new properties on the market to people on your database.
Make appointments and show buyers around a property.
Screening buyers in a position to proceed with the purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price.
Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Determine ‘clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices and mortgages.
