Remote Access Analyst

Experience – 3 to 6 years.

No. of positions – 2

Working Hours – General Shift (10 am – 7pm – IST)

The network analyst will help with determining the best remote access options, such as advisory, implementation, and optimization services, in business environments. They will have Design and Operations experience in an enterprise networking environment, which includes an in-depth understanding of traditional remote access and networking concepts regarding software and hardware support.

The following experience is required:

• Experience with the following products desired: -Cisco network, configuration, and tuning of Cisco security appliances -Excellent understanding of VPN (site-to-site, remote access client, IPSec, IKE, tunnel modes, SSL / clientless / AnyConnect, tunnels between firewalls, routers) Zscaler, Citrix, etc.
• Great skills with Zscaler, Cisco AnyConnect and B2B tunnels
• Implements process improvements, instruction and / or solutions to work processes, software/hardware support within sites
• Install, Configure, and troubleshoot networking and end-point device equipment remotely
• Support Internet connection, Remote Access VPN for users and LAN-to LAN IPSec connections to partner networks and dedicated WAN connection, e.g.
• Remote Access – VPN, business partner relationship
• Support and implement client (B2B) tunnels including working directly with clients
• You will possess SME level skills with networking protocols such as OSPF and BGP, including switching technologies
• Prepare network or infrastructure Visio topology diagrams, write Standard Operating Procedures, maintenance plans and provide status reports as required, participate in data calls and other operational and maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot network problems, network device configurations and coordinate with various department administrators to facilitate connectivity issue resolution
• Design technical solutions.

Accommodate:

• Communicating and effectively negotiating principles, best practices and technical concepts to a broad range of audiences including business leaders – across organization boundaries, ensuring their understanding and buy-in.
• Understand what is needed to make the right decision (Firewall rules – Checkpoint, Any Connect, LAN/WAN, routing and switching, etc.) Analyst will assist in assessing and providing creative solutions to Security Endpoint products. They also help in designing and deploying them. They probe into emerging network technologies and make suggestions for the business needs of the future.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years professional Information Technology experience in a private, public, government, or military environment, working in a large enterprise environment.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with the following products: -Cisco network, configuration, and tuning of Cisco security appliances -Excellent understanding of VPN (site-to-site, remote access client, IPSec, IKE, tunnel modes, SSL / clientless / AnyConnect, tunnels between firewalls, routers) Zscaler, Citrix, etc.
• Experience in remote access.
• Experience in B2B tunnels.
• Practical and direct experience with some of the corporate data center networking technologies: LAN, WAN, load balancer, firewalls, VPN and remote access options
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with strong self-management skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities
• Ability to manage solve problems
• CCNA or equivalent type training, certifications preferred.
• Palo Alto, Check Point or equivalent type training, certifications preferred. – Experience or certification (however certification will be preferred).
• Excellent communications skills and ability to interact with clients
• Experience with Cisco network technologies
• Deep dive troubleshooting of complex situations with TCPDump, Wireshark and analyzing network traffic
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the OSI and TCP/IP network models and provide examples
• Manage certificates in custom SSL, ciphers, and LTM traffic performance optimization
• Must have the ability to take lead on incident research when appropriate and be able to collaborate with other teams

Preferences:

• Good to have experience in Cyolo Remote Access
• Understand firewall function and rules (prefer Checkpoint and Palo Alto) and network security
• Extensive background working with multiple remote access technologies.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate, certification desired.
• Experience with Agile best practices such as Containerization methodologies and strategies around Continuous Integration.
