Job Description
- Receive monthly Settlement Statement from Special Project Team
- Receive Invoices/Post Invoices in all local systems.
- Ensure that the accounting of the invoices is correct.
- Follow through on appropriate approvals for payment of invoices.
- Follow through to ensure that invoices are paid/cleared timely.
- Will be required to work in multiple ERP systems.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Financial accounting of about 3 to 5 years
- Strong working knowledge of invoicing
- Willingness to work across time zones
- Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting
