## Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Market Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conducting research, building databases, enriching lists, and identifying scalable ways to build and maintain Named Account Universe.
## Responsibilities
- Identify the Ideal Customer Persona for marketing and sales campaigns
- Building the list of target accounts that align with ICP’s
- Enriching the list of accounts with right POC’s contact information
- Using tools to automate and scale data enrichment process
- Follow CRM database hygiene and maintain enrichment accuracy
- Support marketing & sales teams with research support needed for account based marketing campaigns
## Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in market research, database building and contact enrichment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing and interpreting data
- Proficient with tech stack : hubspot, apollo, hunter, zapier, etc.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate research outcomes
