Job Description:
You will be responsible for helping clients with their projects. You will gather information about their industry and competitors, and work with a team of experts to produce reports that meet their needs. You will also communicate with clients, keep track of deadlines, and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
Your duties will include conducting sector analysis to identify trends, building target prospecting lists, creating client reports, and tracking the competition. You will also maintain an Intelligence Hub with up-to-date materials, promote the team, and focus on continuous improvement to drive efficiency.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer feedback, and maintaining a professional appearance. You will work with your team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality. You will report to your manager and work with them to develop your skills and meet your objectives.
