A Looking For Admin Officer at New Delhi, Delhi, Full Time

Responsibilities :

• Oversee maintenance of office premises and ensure its function worthiness and beautification.
• Collection of quotations for all purchasing of items for office uses, IEC printing stationery (all priding works doing my supervising)
• Maintenance of office vehicles and oversee travel and transportation services.
• Ensure obtaining bids/quotation from prospective suppliers/vendors and arrange to have periodic contracts.
• Supervise procurement of Supplies and Equipment (Including computers, printers and stationeries).
• Arrangement of lunch and kitchen related works whenever required
• Office construction related works (Repairing and maintenance works)
• Making all purchase orders as per requirement
• Maintenance all files of accounts department (Filing of Vouchers etc)
• Checking of bills and all documents related to accounts department

Housekeeping:

• Supervise cleaning staff.
• Supervise kitchen.
• Manage Refreshments.
• Purchasing housekeeping items ( as per requirements)
• Water and tea distribution.
• Key management.

Travel And Logistics:

• All booking of Venus, Hotel, auditorium for our events as per requirement time to time.
• Supervising of all booking Vehicle, Air tickets, training tickets etc. whenever required.
• Cost analysis for each booking
• Supervise and coordinate for state office admin procurement

Other: Health safety officer

• Fire safety Drill
• Earthquake evacuation drill
• Extinguisher timely check and refill
• All fire alarm check

Education, Experience And Exposure

Education

• Graduate /Post Graduate in Business Administration

Experience & Exposure

• 2 to 5 years or above experience of working in an organization, preferably in a not for profit sector.
• Excellent management and negotiation skills; self-motivated and results oriented approach
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills and experience of writing business plans
• Strong attention to detail;
• Self-driven and results orientated
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong relationship-building skills – demonstrated experience managing senior level relationships in the private, non-profit and government sectors
• Strong operational experience, particularly in relation to start-ups, business experience is desired
• Fluency in English and Hindi
