We are leading company working on majorly government projects like GSRTC, AMTS & BRTS.

With 20+ years’ experience we achieved 300+ fleet operation & maintenance government project.

As we are expanding day by day we want to add more talented and dynamic individuals who can join us.

We are looking for Workshop Supervisor.

Responsibilities: –

• Must have an excellent knowledge of Automobile Engineering(Heavy vehicles would be a preference), workshop management, breakdown solutions, Team management, spare parts knowledge, Tools handling.
• Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests.
• Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress.

• Ensure that daily maintenance goals are met & accordingly perform tools audit in regular interval.
• Strong handhold on Ashok Leyland,Tata & Volvo commercial vehicles.
• Proper responsive in nature to the management during work tenure.
• Fulfills all responsibilities with ownership & proper accountability whenever assigned.

Required Skills:

• Manpower Handling
• Proven Technical Skills
• Worked as a workshop supervisor in any of the heavy commercial workshop.
• Strong handhold on Ashok Leyland,Tata & Volvo commercial vehicles.
• Proper responsive in nature to the management during work tenure.
• Fulfills all responsibilities with ownership & proper accountability whenever assigned.
• Develop ownership abilities among staffs under him.

Required Experience: 05 to 10 Years

Salary : Best as per industry standard.
