: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive – Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales through CRM strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through effective communication and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Create and execute personalized marketing campaigns to promote products and drive sales.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
• Track and report on CRM metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRM and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in CRM, sales, or customer service, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ?12,000.00 – ?15,000.00 per month
