About the role

• Daily reports circulation – Sales, Stock status
• Weekly depot indent finalization with GTM, circulation to factory planning team
• Training and managing the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issue of 18 Branches PAN India (GRNs, Damage Leakage accounting, Stock Adjustment Notes)
• Customer master data creation, updation, COC signoff
• Secondary Sales data management – BIZOM data for GTM team
• Annual brokerage working, finalization, payment management
• Fortnightly review of Depot / C&F inventory and identifying Slow moving, Non-Saleable and Expired stocks, and taking adequate action for avoiding losses and effective space optimization
• Malabar supply planning for pan India
• Export documentation – Invoice, Shipping bill, COA, COO, AIFTA/SAFTA, Health certificate, Kosher certificate, other related coordination with external agencies including Freight forwarders, shipping lines, shipping agents, customer representatives etc. All documentation to be done in timely & accurate fashion
• Clearance of export bills as per contract / quotations finalized

Bachelors in Science, Commerce, Engineering 2-3 years experience in supply chain domain SAP, Excel experience must
