Aamayr Estate Private Limited Hiring for HR/ Admin/ Front Desk Executive at India Full Time

Aamayr Estate Pvt. Ltd. [Goregaon West] is looking for a Human Resource/ Admin/ Front Desk Executive having 1-2 year experience.

Responsibilities:

· Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with it.

· Design compensation structure and benefit packages for Employees/Interns.

· Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)

· Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques

· Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.

· Monitor the HR department’s budget and targets.

· Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues

· Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)

· Oversee daily operations of the company as and when required.

Required:

· Proven work experience of over 1-2 years as a HR Executive

· Having Expertise in Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems

· Have proven work experience of sourcing and hiring IT professionals to fill technical positions.

· Track-Record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment

· Excellent knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)

· Proven leadership abilities over two years.

· Solid Communication and Networking Skills

· Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources Management or any other domain

· Staying in Western Suburbs

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Volunteer

Salary: ₹16,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
