We are looking for a Production Manager who can lead our factory operations in
Daman, Gujarat.

About the Role
The Production Manager role is at the heart of all our efforts at The Pant Project.
The role involves managing our factory ops for the next stage of scale for the brand.
We are looking for ones with a zest for growth and with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Interest and enthusiasm for fashion are a plus.

Job Description

• Plan, coordinate and controlling the end to end production process
• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of production
• Ensure quality as per expected standards of production
• Generate and submit performance reports
• Achieve daily production targets maintaining capacity for order flow
• Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction
• Manage all task for smooth production,smooth final inspection pass and on time shipment
• Coordinate with all department for smooth manufacturing process
• Pro-activey troubleshoot errors by keeping a close control over the pattern making, stitching and finishing processes
• Coordinate with the head office to include customer care, operations and logistics on a continuous basis

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in leading production for a factory

• High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-growing startup

• Must have a collaborative working style and must work well in a team environment with the ability to adapt to evolving processes and systems

• Past experience of working with retail brands is a plus.
• Must have values of integrity and an ambition to work for a growing organization

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹100,000.00 – ₹150,000.00 per month
