We are looking for operation field candidates who can supervise workers like painters.
Person who can solve customer issue if any and manage the work flow.
Candidates should be self motivated and customer centric.
You have to make sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations.
You have Complete operations by developing schedules;Assigning and monitoring work;Gathering resources;Implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems.
