1 lakh crore Indian painting industry through technology integration. Aapka Painter is built on a vision to revolutionize the way homes and offices get painted, globally. There are a lot of negotiations, compromises, and running around – right from paint selection, finalizing the shades, and patterns to finding a painter to getting a quality job done on time and within the budget. Interestingly, all these steps are parallel, connected in series with the actual painting job. The idea of Aapka Painter is rooted in removing the pain from painting. Plan, pre-review, and paint.
We also believe in designing each house rather than just painting with any color.
We are looking for Team leader with go-getter attitude. It’s an executive’s job to make sure the customer get the right information and value addition
about our services.

Job responsibilities

1.Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
2.Delegate tasks and set deadlines
3.Oversee day-to-day operation
4.Motivate team members
5.Discover training needs and provide coaching
6.Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
7.Train new employees on company standards and procedures, from how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with clients

Qualification
1.Bachelor’s degree in management or other relevant industry field is preferred
2.Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
3.Extensive knowledge of management strategies and practical application in the workplace
4.Proven work experience as a team leader
5.Organizational and time-management skills

Call center experience will be added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
