Purpose Statement

Identifying opportunities to co-create business value by leveraging disruptive emerging technologies and Analytics in line with Aarti Management Systems and further implementing and supporting the same to create the desired business impact.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Working closely with his manager for driving the Digital & Analytics initiatives to digitally transform the organization .
• Provide program management support for the Digital Group in terms of project updates, budgeting, benefit realization and alignment to strategy
• Identification, ideation, conceptualization, analysis and execution of Digital opportunities across the value chain including Real Time Manufacturing Insights & Simulations with advance analytics (AI, ML), smart manufacturing (Industry 4.0 & IoT), and automation of Organizational Review through Cascade Dashboards across all Pillars / Verticals.
• Support in designing and deploying analytics platform for the organization involving implementation of components such data lake, data warehouse, AI-ML layer on the data, and further data visualization tools.
• Working closely with SMEs (management, plant staff, support functions etc.) to elaborate digital transformation use cases and creating value from digital technology & data. Often the work requires solving complex problems by turning vast amounts of data into business insights through advanced analytics, modeling and machine learning. Will proactively fetch information from various sources and analyze it for better understanding about how the business performs & identifies and interprets trends and patterns in complex data sets to enable the business to take data-driven decisions. Furthermore, will model and build AI tools that automate certain processes within the company. The solutions produced will be implemented to impact business results. Delivering exceptional customer and business results.
• Develop an understanding of business obstacles, create solutions based on advanced analytics and draw implications for model development. Design and build explorative, predictive- or prescriptive models, utilizing optimization, simulation and machine learning techniques.
• Work closely with vendors for planning, executing & supporting Digital projects
• Actively research new trends and emerging technologies to see how they can bring business value
• Guides and coaches other chapter colleagues to help solve data/technical problems at an operational level, and in methodologies to help improve development processes
• Manage day-to-day implementation of analytics solutions at enterprise level and execute post-implementation support all digital implementations already live in the organization.
• Should be open to travel to plant locations to establish connect with relevant business stakeholders, deeper understanding of business domain and thus project requirements
• Bring newer ways of working, agility and innovation in Project Management & Solutioning
• Bring dedicated focus on User Experience, Design Thinking”
