Job Description An HR Manager in Aasraa Trust is responsible for organizing all functions and laying down all the systems and protocols of the organization.Management is the most important job of an HR manager. Management extends right from managing employees to managing the employers and the whole HR department as well.1. To manage, create, implement and supervise policies/regulations, which are mandatory for every employee and also have knowledge of its appropriate functioning.2. To monitor attendance and tracking leaves. To monitor the clock-in/out time of employee to avoid late arrivals and track overtimes and half-days.3. Manpower Planning: To coordinate with all the departments and plan personnel’s requirement for the existing or new positions created because of new projects, exit of an employee, transfers, and promotions for the year in advance.4. Talent Management & Acquisition: To plan and devise strategic campaigns and guidelines for attracting and hiring new talent into the organisation and retain the existing talent.5. Orientation & Induction: To welcome the new employees. To brief and orient the employee to the culture, values and policies of Aasraa Trust. To list out job expectations and defining roles and responsibilities, thus getting the new employees in tune with the working of the organization.6. Training & Development: To do the competency mapping for the jobs in Aasraa Trust. To conduct training need analysis and organise training sessions for the capacity building to meet the performance gaps.7. Performance Management & Appraisals: To set the goals and targets for each job and department and review the performance. To organise feedback sessions for the performance issues.8. Payroll Management: To effectively calculate salaries, wage-cuts, reimbursements, and generation of pay slips amounts and ensure timely transfer of salaries.9. To maintain transparency and provide the employees with information as and when asked. They also have an obligation towards exiting employees in settlement of dues and compensations10. Maintaining Work culture: To maintain a healthy, safe, and fun work environment to ensure a level of comfort amongst the employees and eliminate any stressful or awkward atmosphere that may hinder the performance of the staff.11. Resolving Conflicts: To effectively mediate and map out a solution for the dispute between employee-employee or more employees or the employee and the management.12. Employee Relations: To establish the trust and confidence of the employees and strategies the activities to provide employee satisfaction to motivate and improve the performance of the employees.13. Rewards & Recognition: To devise and manage R & R program aligned to the mission or goal of the organisation that will boost the motivation of the employee to excel in their performance.14. Employee Data Management: The HR personnel are also responsible for organizing and storing all employee data efficiently and keeping it secure.Skills and Knowledge required:1. MBA/PGDM/MSW 2-year full time degree.2. Minimum 5 years’ experience, education sector experience will be prepared.3. Good communication skills4.
