Job description:
Installation & commissioning of new machine.
Onsite repair & service support for welding machine & other welding cutting systems.
Coordination with sales team for technical support.
Customer interface (existing client) for new machine requirement & regular spares business.
PCB card repairing & maintenance of min. inventory for spares & accessories.
Calibration of welding machine & oven.
Must have in depth knowledge of the product to be able to explain the pros and cons of the product to a customer and demonstrate the various functionalities of the product

Knowledge & Skills :
Able to solve complex technical issues.
Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision.
Team player
Good interpersonal skills
Well versed in MS office applications.
Driving Two-Wheeler will be preferred.
Fluent verbal and written communication skill in English ..

Experience: 
2 – 10 years

Qualification: 
Diploma in Engineering with Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Graduate in Engineering with B.E./B.Tech
