AB InBev India is looking to hire a Manager-Government Affairs (Contractual) for its Corporate Affairs function based out of Bangalore.

Primary Purpose of the role:

To manage the beyond beer regulatory approvals to ensure smooth business adhering to compliance. Tracking & Monitoring of registration tracker. Co-ordination with all stakeholders and handling meetings of SRM & War Rooms for Beyond Beer.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities:-

• To drive regulatory approvals for beyond beer as per timelines
• Tracking & Monitoring of Registration tracker for beyond beer
• Co-ordination for Label artwork developments in line with the state mandatories
• Co-ordination with the Co-Packers for label registration, MRP approvals, Permits & EPs
• Handling SRM & War Rooms of Beyond Beer
• Develop beyond beer Dossier for all states covering key aspects of policy & drive best practice implementation across states
• Documentation support for Beyond Beer for all regulatory approvals
• Handling imported brands regulatory approvals for beyond beer
• Drive Corporation Collections, EVCs & C-Forms

Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Education & Experience:-

· Graduate

· 5+ year work experience will be preferred (preferably alcobev industry (IMFL))

· Experience of handling regulatory

Skills & Attributes

· Good IMFL knowledge & business acumen.

· To be abreast with regulatory requirements

· Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation

· Strong problem solving and analytical skills

· Strong people skills and ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders with a change-agent mindset

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assess priorities effectively

· Essential computer operating skills – including MS-Office excel and PowerPoint applications
