Accounting & Reporting Specialist – Accounts Receivable

This is an Accounting and Reporting Specialist Accounts Receivable role, reporting to Manager and will be a part of GBS located in Bangalore. You will be responsible for processing accounting transactions for Accounts Receivable (AR) in a complete, accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Perform annual reviews of the customers.
• Prepare MIS for management reviews.
• Perform AR monthly closing activities.
• Perform general ledger account reconciliation [AR accounts].
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with business controllers.

Your background

• Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree in Audit, Tax, Finance/Accounting, Business or related discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Order to Cash process [O2C], covering credit, dispute & collection management, reporting and accounting.
• Must be flexible in working for any shift timings.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, SAP/Oracle knowledge is huge plus.
