Financial Analyst

This is a Financial Analyst role, reporting to Manager and will be a part of GBS located in Bangalore. You will be responsible to perform support activities within General Accounting, Reporting & Consolidation in line with defined strategies, policies and procedures.

Your responsibilities

• Performing general accounting activities and recording financial transactions.
• Conducting investigations and reconciliations of accounts as necessary for any discrepancies. ·
• Producing reports, statement of accounts, reconciliations, and statements of sourcing to assist in financial decision making.
• Performing month end book closing activities.

Your background

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience in general accounting, reporting, reconciliation and processing of journal entries. Experience in Record to Report (R2R) will be an added advantage.
• Candidate should be flexible with shift timings.
• Good communication skills.
• Working knowledge in MS office.
