This is a Senior Finance Specialist -Accounts Receivables role, reporting to Manager and will be a part of GBS located in Bangalore .
Process accounting transactions for Accounts Receivable (AR) in a complete, accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities
- Research and provide fundamental analysis and initial recommendation on customers.
- Perform reviews of the customers.
- Prepare MIS for management review.
- Perform AR monthly closing and reporting activities.
- Prepare FI Billing on request.
- Perform general ledger account reconciliation [AR accounts].
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with business controllers.
Your background
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Order to Cash process [O2C], covering credit, dispute & collection management, reporting
- and accounting.
- Must be flexible in working for any shift timings.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, SAP/Oracle knowledge is huge plus.
