ABB Hiring for Store Supervisor at Nashik, Maharashtra Full Time

You will be working as Store Supervisor and will be part of Electrification business for Distribution Solutions division based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to Marketing & Sales Manager and will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing a team of TPC employees who receive, handle, store and dispatch products, systems and services to customers.

Your responsibilities

Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet stores demands as dictated by production schedules and workflow. Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks

Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities. Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary

Optimizing store capacity, inventory, and floor utilization. Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance

Supervising and assists in daily store and shipping areas. Ensures stock accuracy through periodic stock take and/or cycle counting

Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity and Key Performance Indication (KPI) targets are met

Maintaining standards of health and safety. Ensuring quality environmental objectives are met

Your background

Diploma/Engineering graduate having 5 years of experience in similar role

Prior experience from switchgear industry is preferred

Good experience in logistics

Should have SAP knowledge

Knowledge of Advanced Excel
