1. Entertaining calls from seafarers for vacancies.2. Coordinating on day to day activities with respect to Recruitment and Placement of seafarer with Fleet Personnel Manager (Deck / Engine)3. Downloading relevant cvs from Sea & Job, saving in folders accessible to Manning team for sourcing purpose.4. Collecting, storing and processing of seafarer data in application form, received through agents, Personal contacts, Walk ins, or any reference.5. Verifying the document, records and certificates of the seafarer. Maintaining proper records of seafarer.6. Ensuring that the seafarer has relevant certificates and qualification as required by the safe manning certificate of the vessel.7. Ensuring proper ranks & names are mentioned on cvs.8. Maintaining call records on daily basis with details of seafarer & their availability.9. Work towards enriching database through trusted sources.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR30,000.00 – INR40,000.00 per monthSchedule:
