General Manager Human Resources

This is a HR Head role and will lead the people function for the organization covering areas around Talent acquisition, Talent engagement and development, People operations, administration, and facilities

Responsibilities :

– Plan manpower requirements to match the strategic plans of the company

– Align business practices with people to drive effective performance

– Identify, analyze, and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR practices

– Ensure timely redressal of employees’ grievances and compliance with all applicable labor laws. Ensure all compliance requirements are met from the premises and people front.

– To provide learning opportunities at all levels across functions and levels. Design, develop and lead the implementation of the career development strategy and align it to the business and people strategy.

– Create performance culture by strengthening performance management systems, leading activities around performance planning and evaluation
