Roles and Responsibilities : (Asst Production Manager – Door, Door Frame, Architraves)

– Productivity / Plant Operation – Strategic and tactical responsibility for implementing manufacturing strategy and strategic operational goals to exceed customer expectations.

– Responsible for improving product quality, cost and delivery, maximizing efficiency, optimizing production levels, and driving operational excellence

– Ensure optimum productivity/output of production as agreed with Management

– Strive for zero-level rejection and ensure all regrind material is used in production.

– Control all Commercial operations Covering Stores and Purchases and that appropriate inventories are maintained

– Implement Quality Management System as per customers- requirements and business needs.

– Share all productivity initiatives successfully implemented at the plant with all other plants an

– Ensure Dispatches take place as per customer orders and

– Ensure Responsible production and performance reports

– Facilitates the development of individual pillars, sets benchmarks, and tracks completion of pillar goals, including participation in pillar meetings, team meetings, and activities.

– Monitor third-party businesses and suppliers to ensure that they are efficiently and effectively providing the needed services and supplies while staying within the agreed budget.

– Manpower/ Cost Management – Ensure expenses as per the agreed Budget.

– Control and minimize labor overtime, freight, and repair expenses.

– Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards

– Develop and manage master production schedule and operations budgets for products to directly support and ensure that the product is delivered to agreed cost, quality, and timelines

– EHS – Ensure Zero accident culture in the plant for all resources i.e. Man, Machine, and Material.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹14,842.91 – ₹35,000.00 per month
