Job brief Digital MarketingIf you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Develops strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC, and other techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products, lead generation and services. Creates engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on latest marketing technologies and social media.What does Digital Marketing do?You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget and prepare proposals.Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns like GoogleAds, Facebook for Lead Generation

• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience

• Design, build and maintain our social media presence

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

• Create landing pages and optimize user experience

• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

• Plan and monitor the ongoing company/clients presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)

• Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company/clients and Lead Generations brand awareness etc

• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels

• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience

• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns

• Develop and manage projects, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects

• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information

• Provide internal reports on a regular basis

• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

Requirements

• Proven working experience in digital marketing paid marketing and Lead Generation

• Demonstrable experience Developing, leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns like GoogleAds, Facebook for Lead Generation.

• At least candidates should have experience of 10 to 15 Lead generation Paid Campaign.

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google, Facebook Adwords campaigns like PPC, Lead Generation through paid campaign

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
