Ü Inventory Management& Control
Ü Material Projection / Planning
Ü Escalation Handling
Ü Ensuring Inventory transparency, accuracy & control.
Ü Ensuring minimum investment of organization fund on inventory.
Ü ABC analysis: extra care & control of costly materials.
Ü Analysis of items as per movement (fast, slow, non-moving) & control accordingly
Ü Ensuring FIFO / FEFO only followed for issue of items.
Ü Control of material i.e. Hold, Rejected, Expired, obsolete, spoilage, damage & losses.
Ü Regular Cycle counts / Stock taking.
Ü Minimize warehousing operation Cost
