Job Description

We are looking for a SEO & Digital Marketing Team Leader / Manager to lead our global SEO & Digital Marketing operations. We are looking for someone with 3 to 6 year’s experience. The position is based in Kochi, India. He / She is expected to lead and develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media and other techniques to drive traffic to our customer’s web pages and generate interest in their products and servicesResponsibilities

• Serve as the key Digital Marketing / SEO expert/advocate
• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis
• Understand and implement technical SEO audits and changes & Execute on-page optimizations
• Implement changes in content management systems (CMS)
• Manage content production by planning content calendars, managing writers (or collaborating with content writing teams), and supporting them on SEO
• Devise and execute methods to track, report, analyze and improve SEO performance
• Develop new SEO tests and strategies & Present and communicate SEO strategies and projects to clients and/or internal stakeholders
• Keep up-to-date with latest SEO trends, strategies and algorithm changes
• Creates engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on latest marketing technologies
• Manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience working in Digital Marketing / SEO
• Experience working with SEO tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog etc.
• Experience in Social Media Management.
• Good understanding of SEO best practices & Passion for SEO and internet marketing
• Ability to create, justify, communicate and implement SEO strategies across teams and external agencies
• Experience in web application design & development such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP and API’s
• Experience in managing web applications in cPanel, WordPress and similar web hosting and CMS platforms
• Excellent writing & communication skills with Data-driven and analytical mindset
• Project management skills & Attention to detail

• Graduate in BE – Computer Science or IT
