SMRE Team Leader – Service Marketing Reminder Executive – Team Leader
Work Description:
– Should handle & convince customers through calls, for vehicle service
– Proper Customer handling
– Maintaining of City Branches Reports.
– Communication with Maruti TSM & Service Head on productivity
– Continuous customer follow up with proper reminders
– Scheduling calls & prioritize work flow
– Multi tasking – need to enter notes in CRM while calling simultaneously
– Knowledge in working with any online/offline CRM
– Basic knowledge of Excel and word is must
– Targets should be achieved as per KPI
– Quality parameters should be followed
– Customer focus and customer delight should be primary
– Regular work time Monday to Saturday – 9am to 6pm (Day Shift)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
