Job Title: Finance Manager – Shared Services

Broad Areas covered by the job Core Accounting of all the Transactions of Trust and its units on daily basis.

• Preparation and Presentation of Income & Expenditure statement of KNG Trust and its units
• Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register
• Financial Planning & Budgetary Control
• Analysis of Budget Vs Actuals on monthly basis
• Monitor expenses against budget and ensure proper accounting
• Tax Management – Income Tax, GST, Profession Tax etc
• Ensure compliance of all the statutory compliances – TDS, PF, Professional Tax, Property tax etc
• Conduct periodic audit of all accounts: income, expenses, purchases, etc.
• Ensure due diligence in all the purchase process
• Identify and implement simpler methods of payments from customers and to vendors
• Oversee all major infrastructure projects from a prudent financial usage angle
• Handle Procurement activities – define process of vendor management, selection process, issue of Purchase order / Service Order etc
• Process controls and implementations & team building.
• Pivotal in defining and streamlining the internal control systems in every function and defining the SOP’s to ensure greater controls and good governance
• Define the process for petty cash management and ensure adherence
• Interface with governmental agencies for all clearances and other statutory requirements
• Mentor Finance Executives

Qualifications, Experience and Skills: Post Graduate or Higher Qualification in Commerce / MBA – Finance /CA Inter/ICWA Inter A minimum 8 years’ experience of which at least 5 years in a managerial role, handling core Accounting & Finance functions

• Hands on experience in Tally and other Accounting packages, MS office etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹83,000.00 per month
