Accelya Hiring for Specialist – Accounts Receivable at India Full Time

Job Purpose

As a Specialist – Accounts Receivables, you will be working on revenue accruals and invoicing, resolving any discrepancies, including inter company Invoicing, internal liaising.

What will you do?

• Preparing and sending invoices to customers / Inter company as per Contract
• Monthly and Annual revenue closing to be done as per Company policy
• Revenue accruals to be done as per Relevant accounting standards and company policies
• Reporting of revenue numbers to the group as per timelines
• Coordinating with the statutory auditors, providing the data and closing the audit requirements and queries as per timelines
• Preparing Revenue and AR schedules on monthly basis
• Preparing Accounts Receivable report on monthly basis
• Coordinating with various teams for data for monthly revenue accruals and invoicing
• Providing Ad-hoc revenue reports to Management / Business teams as and when required

What do you need to know?

• Expert knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, systems and trends

• Familiarity with a wide range of general accounting procedures

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the proven ability to write formulas, perform VLOOKUP, etc.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong service orientation

• Qualifications: Experienced Graduate (B.Com / M.com) / MBA Finance / Inter C.A / CA
